Às vezes dou de caras com listas meio irritantes tipo “secrets for a successful career”. Mas hoje li 4 tarefas-preparatórias-para-reuniões-eficientes e não posso deixar de me perguntar que nome hei-de dar à maior parte das reuniões de trabalho que tenho tido na vida… **suspiro
1. Preprare - seems obvious, but it actually works if you try it once in a while.
2. Think before speaking - so much time wasted going off topic…
3. Make it two-way - if it’s just one talking, why not send an email?
4. Listen - close that laptop, disconnect from that iphone… or go back to your desk.
